I’m really excited about participating in March. My goals for the month are:
Eat a multivitamin every day
Eat breakfast every day
Drink 5 glasses of water a day
Track calorie intake every day (with the help of this igoogle widget)
Exercise for 30 minutes at least 4 days a week
2 of those days should be going to the gym
Limit sugar intake (like actual sugar added to things) to 2 days...
