Every now and then I get in a funk. Feel a little down. Defeated. Bleak. So then I turn to little routines to give myself a little pick-me-up. Each one makes me feel just a little bit better.
+ wear my sheep pin (a little sheep my friend got me in scotland).
+ hot chocolate or just a couple pieces of chocolate with clemintines
+ calvin & hobbes comics
+ listen to old podcasts or talks that make me feel nostalgic and thoughtful.
+ make lists
I feel better already!
