Feb 10: 4 of the 5 hens. They are busy finding grubs and tearing up the yard.
Feb 9: We bought a lot of plants today. I miss the ones i left behind in NY but these guys will help with the loss.

Seattle, After (by Tony Dowler)
I just moved to Seattle from NY. When I was in NY I used to geek on NY maps. Now it is time to geek on Seattle maps. So I was pleased to come across The Seattle Doomsday Map by Tony. Which is kinda morbid (because now I live in Seattle) and awesome (because I love maps and this is beautiful).
Feb 4: the house also came with 5 chickens. That’s right… chickens. Feels weird to be the owner of chickens. We’ve received 5 eggs since saturday. The are funny ladies.
Feb 4: Our new house came with a fire pit in the backyard. This is our first night trying it out. It is awesome.
